Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by emailing info@getmyparcel.com before the scheduled collection time. Our customer service team will attempt to cancel the booking with the carrier; however, cancellations are not accepted during or after collection. As GetMyParcel.com operates as an online courier broker and the service is provided by third-party carriers, if the order cannot be cancelled for any reason, the shipment will proceed and no refund will be issued. Failed collections are non-refundable, and customers must contact us to rearrange collection if required.

Refund Policy

A full refund will usually be issued for orders cancelled prior to collection within seven days of placing the order. Refunds are not issued for delayed shipments, as transit times are not guaranteed. In rare cases of loss or damage, up to 100% of carriage costs may be refunded subject to carrier or insurer acceptance. If a parcel is returned without leaving the UK due to insufficient packaging, incorrect documentation, or prohibited items, the customer remains liable for UK carriage costs and may receive a partial refund for overseas carriage only. No refunds are processed in any other scenarios.
