Insurance Policy

Insurance can be added to a minimum £12 or 1.5% value of the shipment.

Please note  Insurance will cover lost, stolen or any external damage to the box.  Please note there is no insurance for fragile items like monitors, TV screens, art work or any fragile item. The insurance covers the actual value of your shipment in the unlikely event that it gets damaged or lost in courier care. If any damage or loss while in transit you can claim for this and will have to submit the purchase copies for those. If the items are repairable they will reimburse the amount or repair. All claims subject to limitation of liability clause must be made by customer in writing within 14 days from tendering your shipment to us.

Please make sure to bubble wrap all the shelves items to avoid breakage while in transit. Also kindly pack the items tightly as loose packing may cause damage to the items in the box.
