- Business Class (all fare types): up to 40 kg total
- First Class: up to 50 kg total
- No strict limit on number of bags—just the combined weight though each piece must not exceed 32 kg individually
Piece-based system (for flights to/from Africa or the Americas):
- Economy (Classic, Convenience, Comfort): 2 pieces, each up to 23 kg
Economy Lite: 1 piece up to 23 kg - Business: 2 pieces, each up to 32 kg
- First: 2 pieces, each up to 32 kg
Cabin (Hand) Baggage Allowance
- Economy Class: 1 piece, up to 7 kg, max dimensions 50 × 37 × 25 cm
- Exception: For tickets issued in Brazil, Economy passengers can bring up to 10 kg

- Business and First Class: 2 pieces, combined weight up to 15 kg
